The first step is to tell us your dream. And by dream, we mean a cause that requires extra funds to accomplish. The cause must be a need in your life and you can justify this need however you like. When you're ready, submit an application online.
Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis. Qualified dreamers receive a face to face interview then 12 finalists are selected to become dreamers during the following month.
Once your cause is selected the “dreamer” volunteers in the ice cream shop one day per week throughout the campaign and once per month if on the wait list. This allows each person to barter their time in exchange for the donation and market their flavor while on duty. This also helps reduce costs since we give such a generous portion of our profits to the community.
Proceeds are distributed to each cause. Cha-ching!
